Exchange Policy
At Savarisakhi, every piece is created with care and attention to detail. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you with a smooth exchange experience.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags intact
- Returned with original packaging
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products purchased during sale or clearance
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items marked as non-exchangeable on the product page
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Share your order number and reason for exchange
- Our team will guide you through the next steps
Once approved:
- You may be asked to self-ship the product or opt for a reverse pickup (if available)
4. Exchange Options
You can choose to:
- Exchange for a different size of the same product
- Exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid, if applicable)
5. Quality Check
- All returned items will undergo a quality inspection
- Exchange will be processed only after the product passes the inspection
6. Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product received was defective or incorrect
- Shipping charges (if any) for the new product may apply
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos for verification
- We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost
