Exchange Policy

At Savarisakhi, every piece is created with care and attention to detail. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you with a smooth exchange experience.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed

• In their original condition with all tags intact

• Returned with the original packaging

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange:

• Products purchased during sale or clearance

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Items marked as non-exchangeable on the product page

3. No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any orders. Eligible products can only be exchanged in accordance with this Exchange Policy. Refunds will only be considered if required under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Share your order number and reason for the exchange

• Our team will guide you through the next steps

Once approved:

• You may be asked to self-ship the product or opt for a reverse pickup (if available)

5. Exchange Options

You can choose to:

• Exchange for a different size of the same product

• Exchange for another product of equal or higher value (the price difference must be paid, if applicable)

6. Quality Check

• All returned items will undergo a quality inspection.

• The exchange will be processed only after the product passes the inspection.

7. Shipping Charges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

• Shipping charges (if any) for the replacement product may apply.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear images/videos for verification.

• We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
